Assests of Eagle Technologies, Inc. acquired by Protection Strategies Incorporated (PSI)

Protection Strategies Inc. (PSI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Protection Strategies Incorporated, acquired the operational assets and trade names of Eagle Technologies, Inc. Eagle Technologies was a premier, highly recognized provider of security guard services and the only two-time recipient of the US Department of Homeland Security's Small Business Achievement Award.

In combination with its subsidiary company, Protection Strategies Incorporated is a full-service security provider expanding its service offerings under (PSI) to include both armed and unarmed security officers at classified and unclassified locations throughout the United States.

(PSI) will operate using the trade name Eagle Technologies, Inc. or ETI Security (ETI) in those states in which operational assets (contracts) were acquired.

Protections Strategies Incorporated believes that this move dramatically accelerates its domestic and global growth and adds the NIH, FAA, the U.S Coast Guard, EPA, IRS, DHS, FPS, and the National Naval Medical Center, among others to its list of federal and commercial clients. Over 600 ETI employees nationwide will be joined under the PSI name.
