The candidate will be standing most of the shift greeting and helping patients as they enter the hospital and check-in for their appointment. The Patient Support Services Representative will provide excellent customer service through courteous and prompt responses to the patient’s needs, to include directions, helping the patient to a wheel chair and escorting the patient to different clinics.
